Neurodiversity affirming coaching for bodies and minds that work differently.
Education and consultancy for organisations that want to do the same.
About me
I'm Hannah - a qualified, accredited coach and experienced educator.
My own late diagnoses of Autism, ADHD and dyscalculia called everything into question. Yet, as a leader, parent and the primary earner, stepping back wasn't an option. Instead, neuroaffirming coaching helped me find my way. Now, drawing on my background in education, leadership and management, I help others do the same.

Services
Coaching
One-to-one coaching for late-identified professionals and leaders navigating what neurodivergence means to you – both personally and professionally. A space to think, without pressure, and to explore what a nourishing future might look like for you.
Education
Not tick-box training, but education. I work with teams to build genuine understanding of neurodivergence by challenging assumptions, asking big questions, and supporting you to shift towards sustained and meaningful change.
Consultancy
For organisations who want to invest in how they support neurodivergent staff – across policy, process and practice. I draw on research, lived experience, and leadership insight to help you move beyond awareness into understanding.
A closer look
Who is this for
Individuals
You're an Autistic, ADHD or AuDHD leader. Your late discovery has left you feeling uncertain, despite everything you’ve achieved. Coaching creates space to deepen your self-awareness, foster self-compassion and move forward with clarity.
Teams
Your team is neurodiverse, or likely is. You want shared understanding and appreciation of differences to underpin how you work together. My education sessions build exactly that foundation.
Organisations
Your organisation is committed to actively embracing neurodivergent differences. I'll work with you to identify what's working well, where change is needed, and how to make it happen.

What are the benefits?
For individuals
Greater clarity about who you are and how you work best - empowering you to lead, and live, with more intention and less exhaustion.
For teams
Shared understanding that changes how your team thinks, communicates and works together - not just on the day, but long after the session ends.
For organisations
Lasting change rooted in evidence and lived experience - so your organisation doesn't just support neurodivergent people better, but understands why neuroinclusion is good for everyone.
